Refund Policy
Cancellation before April 1, 2010 will receive a cash refund less 25% of the total cost of the program. Cancellation after April 1, 2010 up until 30 days before the program starts will receive a letter of credit (voucher for future camps) less 25%. Cancellations within 30 days of a program session receive no refund. No show, no refund.
If a camper becomes sick or injured at the program or before the program, 50% of the unused paid portion of the program tuition will be returned in a letter of credit (voucher) for a future program or clinic. A Doctors note is required.
Tim Thomas Hockey, LLC cannot provide refunds for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, including facility damage/closing, complications or weather-related rink/facility cancellations. These are highly unlikely to occur but if they do, we will issue credit vouchers for a future program in the full amount paid for the affected program. If Tim Thomas Hockey, LLC cancels for another reason, we will offer a full refund. Tim Thomas Hockey, LLC reserves the right to cancel or change the programs, dates or locations.
